Thank you for shopping with Wear Vantore. We strive to provide the best quality products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn products
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse by the customer
- Products purchased during special sale/clearance (if applicable)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via Email or WhatsApp
- Share your Order ID and product images
- Our team will review and approve your request
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after product inspection
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days
Refund Method:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer or UPI
5. Replacement Policy
- We offer replacement only for:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
6. Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the shipping cost
- If the return is for personal reasons, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund
